This house, built in the year 2000 by myself, is now for sale to make way for a new project. The dolls house was scratch built from 9mm MDF. It is unique. Each tile was individually cut from thin plywood. The house will include all the electric lights in each room as shown in the photos and comes with the transformer. Size: The house is 26" wide and is 25" tall to the ridge of the roof. Rooms are 12" deep. Most rooms are coved and have skirting board. It is fully decorated. The staircase can be removed for future decorating. The roof lifts off and could easily be converted to make further rooms in the attic. Windows and doors are wood. The furniture is included. I am asking offers around £200. The house will have to be viewed in Witney near Oxford. I could deliver within a reasonable distance. Please email for further details.
