This delightful 1/12th scale Gothic style
dolls house is sturdily hand built to an original design and contains
six rooms. The house is fully decorated inside and out, has
lighting throughout,including a cartwheel chandelier, and comes
with a 12v. Transformer power supply. At night the house looks
amazing.
The leaded windows are handmade and second
floors are floor- boarded and removable for access to wiring.
The roof has relief tiling strips and exterior walls are a rendered
stipple finish. Gargoyles guard the porch and a further gargoyle
peers down from above.
Access to the tower attic is via a hinged
door at the rear.
The gothic staircase is handmade and there
is a "Harry Potter" cupboard beneath. Both are
removable.
Measurements are: 24" wide,
36" high and 14" deep.

VERY LARGE
mansion-style/town house Georgeian/Victorian period 1/12th scale doll's
house for sale.
House
measurements: 25" deep, 45" high, 41" wide with an
additional 12.5" depth for the basement (63cm x 114cm x 104cm
+ 32cm)
There are
24 rooms with front and back hallways/stairs (actual stairs not
included) arranged over 5 floors including attic and basement. Painted
cream with grey roofing, the chimneys and parapets are removable for
access to the attic, and the basement/pavement and outside steps are
also removeable. Windows on the main 3 floors are movable sashes and are
able to be fitted with panes of glass.
The house
is currently fitting with copper with lighting but has not been
connected.
Built from
a kit by Birchwood of Chipping Norton in the late 1990s, the house needs
some love and attention: the build was only partly finished before
family illness and relocation got in the way, and the paint will need to
be re-applied due to some scrapes. A dormer window has also suffered
some damage but would be easily repaired.
Reluctantly
selling due to downsizing. Sold as seen - no furniture, carpets or

Gorgeous 1/12th Tudor Style
Dolls House
I brought myself this house
about eight months ago, because I saw it in a shop and fell in love with
it! Whilst it is great to look at, the more I think about it the
more I know that I am not going to do anything with it. . . . . currently
working on a modern day GP surgery and a victorian pharmacy, and obviously
the style of this house doesn't fit either project. . . . . . . . .
Anyway the house as you can
see has four floors, but three rooms as the lower level is a 'market'
area, the second floor I presume would be a kitchen, and is cream in
colour with a tiled floor, taps on the wall and a brick fireplace.
The third floor is a deep burgundy colour and again has a lovely fireplace
with brick insert. Then the fourth floor has wooden flooring and a
fireplace. The market area, kitchen and third floor
(bedroom/parlour) all have working light fittings, but the fourth floor
does not. The base of the house has been finished fantastically with
scale pebbles and a seperate flower arrangement, which co-ordinates
perfectly with the window boxes on the front windows of the house.
The base of the house/edge of the market area has brick wallpaper which
unfortunately faded in the sun (prior to me having it) and there are two
wooden roof tiles missing, I have taken pictures of all the damage, and
tried to be as truthful as possible, but I would be more than happy for
anyone to come and look at the house. I can arrange courier
collection for the buyer if required, however this is not included in
the price of the house.

I am reluctantly selling my Glenside
Grange dollshouse.
It is painted light grey and white, has
6 rooms, and sits on a Mayfair Basement which gives two more
rooms.
It is 1/12th scale:
dimensions: 25" height, 28" width,
16" depth.
The Mayfair Basement is 32" wide,
18" deep and 9" high. in white and grey also.
I started to decorate it, but it would
suit someone who wants to finish the project and make it
their own. It has fitted lights, wooden and carpeted
floors and beautiful spindled stairs.

real collector’s item. The design is taken from a real cottage located
in the Kent countryside and the house was built by a local craftsman.
With nine
tastefully furnished rooms, all with electric lighting and windows and
doors which are fully opening. The house is an absolute delight and must
be seen to be appreciated.
The house is the
residence of a family of four (two adults and two children) all handmade
by a professional doll maker and dressed in modern day attire, to my own
specific requirements. There is also a visiting friend (a young boy
who is holding his football) and the family pets of a cat and dog

that each time you look you see something new, the attention to detail is

Exterior
Textured brickwork. Half timbered. Porch and steps bridging a
‘stream’. There is a working porch light and yet more ‘fishing’
themed items on the steps. Details such a pigeons on the roof and moss
growing on the steps.
Bedroom
Lit and furnished in the style of a boudoir type bedroom. Possibly
belonging to the busty barmaid? There’s a crucifix on the wall yet
stockings and a corset on the bed and a bar of chocolate on the bedside
table.
Living
room Lit and furnished with an afternoon tea, scones and jam waiting
on the table
Hobby
room This became a sewing room after finding an adorable miniature
lace making set which just had to be incorporated into the house somehow.
There is a false door at the back of this room as every house needs a
bathroom so you can imagine there might be one there
Pub Fully
lit, including a flickering fireplace. This cosy beamed pub has a fishing
theme with nets and rods dotted around. Someone also collects Steins and
displays them on the dado rail. A couple of the optics behind the bar even
have genuine whisky in them!
Kitchen
(in the basement) Not entirely sure what this chef is preparing as he
appears to be making pastry next to a slab of raw fish, and there is some
partly peeled potatoes next to the sink. Worryingly there is also a mouse
eyeing up a trap on the tiled floor and on the dresser there are some
ready prepared dishes to be served.
Cellar Here’s
hoping the food hygiene inspector doesn’t come down to this grimy cellar
with grubby walls and peeling paper. If they do they’ll find pallets of
bread and fresh fruit and veg stored not too far away from another mouse
that has just popped out from a hole in the skirting board. This room also
has a staircase in the corner (a pet hate about dolls houses is rooms that
go nowhere) which you could imagine leads back up to the main house

unique, detailed house which will enchant young and old (though obviously
this is not a toy and not intended for young children)

1750 reproduction Dolls House based on the
famous Denton Welch story, has been crafted by specialist Paul Davey who
has been resident miniaturist for many Dolls House magazines in the
uk and America.
This large house measures 37"W x 30"H x 18"D , the
rooms are large and fitted with individual sculptured fire places,
the walls and ceilings have been crafted in plaster and using specialized
techniques been molded, to a high realistic appearance of a house being
built in the 1750 era. Each room has had 5 coats of weathered paint and
sealed with a purity seal. The fire place and furniture in the
kitchen has been crafted by hand, the outside has a unique finish again
sculptured plastered was used and finished using 6 coats of weathered
paints, oils and sealed

Fully built but has not been installed with

The house has three floors with one room on
each which is great if you plan to make it into a shop or some other
great creation. Roof opens up to reveal the top room and the door swings
open to show the first and second floor.
House is fully decorated with wallpaper and
carpet, has had render on the outside and has been painted with grey
slate paint on the roof. The black front door does not open as I just
had it in place for looks more than anything, but if you are buying this
as a project then that can easily be replaced with something that does
work. I have also thrown in the curtains I had made for the living
room and bathroom.

I live in North Wales. I am happy to delivery in the local area

The Berkeley Basement is part of the Dolls House Emporium family but has
been repaired since it was bought.
The lovely basement has two rooms, and a lovely space outside to turn into
a garden or any other ideas you may have. There is a set of stairs that
link the ground to the above house if you have a house for it, or you can
do what I did and add another type of house to the top and make a
different style.
The two side doors need a bit of work as they do not seem to close
properly but I think the hinges may just need a bit of adjustment or maybe
the doors have expanded slightly.
There are no electrics in this but can easily be done if you are
redecorating.
Both rooms are papered and floored in a modern theme. The outside has also
been rendered on the basement.
The outside of the basement was made into a garden but is in need of some
TLC as I had to remove the paths and patio I made due to problems that occurred
when gluing the gravel path down
The white front door does not open as I just had it in place for looks
more than anything, but if you are buying this as a project then that can
easily be replaced with something that does work

Vintage hand made (designed and made from scratch around 1940's) dolls
house and general store.
This is an extremely unique, one of a kind dolls house. There isn't
another like this one anywhere!
It measures 33 inches high (about 35 to top of chimneys), 26 inches wide
and 19 inches deep.
There is a general store/shop on the ground floor and four further rooms
above the shop. There are lovely hanging electrical lights and there is a
black box/generator that comes with the house. I presume the lights can be
used in the house as there are switches at the back of the house. It has
not been tested though, but I'm sure it could work.Please email me if you
need any more detailed info.
The shop is full of lots of home made goodies, including: toffee apples,
fruit and veg, sweets, hat pins, sewing patterns a wedding cake and lots
lots more!! All goodies and furniture in the shop are included in
the sale. Also, there's a lovely bath and sink (very high quality with
little tiny plugs), table and chairs and a sideboard with pull out drawers
included in the sale. There are sweet little awnings on the front wich can
be wound in and out (though small one on side is missing one arm). There
are a few little grey tiles missing from the front street (outside front
of shop), but these can easily be replaced. Please ask if you need advice.
House opens from the front, and front door can be taken out. Please look
at all the photos, as it really is a rare and collectable piece which took
hours and hours of craftmansgip to make. I have lots of photos, please

The brickwork is raised and very good
quality. Also, the stone work on paving outside is also very good,
as is the wooden flooring and wallpaper inside the house.

This
spectacular Georgian style dolls house has five floors with a central
staircase and hallways. The basement has two large rooms and access to
front outside space with archways. There are two attic rooms with windows
and a skylight. Total of 10 rooms in all, including the attic and
basement. Windows are on both sides as well as on the front - and most are
not secured so they can be removed for decoration. Grand steps lead up to
the front door. Railings along the front outside. Double doors on the
first floor lead out onto a railed balcony at the front of the house. Each
room is grooved for electric wiring. Chimneys and interior doors are not
yet fitted, but are included. Interior windows and door surrounds are also
not fitted, but are included.
I
bought this house as a long term project to do with my daughters, but made
only a very small start and haven’t had the time to continue. It’s a
truly glorious dolls house that needs a dedicated, loving owner to bring
it to life.
The
house is large and very heavy, so requires two-man-lift! Height from the
bottom of the basement to top of the roof 138cm. Width 103cm. Depth from
the back to the front of the railings 64cm.
The
buyer will need to collect this house (from Oxfordshire). However, I am

Unique Handmade Georgian Dolls House -
1/12th Scale
I made this house just over 10 years ago
but life got in the way and I never completed the interior decor. We
have our first baby on the way and need to make room so I've decided to
finally let it go. I have a few lights, some copper taping etc that I
will include with the house if you would like them. This house is
slightly different to the norm in that it is two rooms deep - so the
house opens at the front and the back to access all the rooms. The top
section of the roof is removable to access the attic. The house is quite
heavy as it is made from MDF.
Dimensions
Length: 91cm, Height: 89cm, Depth:64cm.
Consists of 8 rooms approximately
26cm x 31cm with a ceiling height of 24cm.
The downstairs hallway and first landing
follow through to the rear of the house - windows at both
the front and back.
The stairs continue all the way up to the
attic which is one large room - made accessible by removing the top
section of the roof.
The rear of the house mirrors the front
in the layout of door/windows. The front exterior is completely
removable whilst the rear opens via two doors on hinges.
I would ideally like £400Now £200 for the house
but I am open to all offers if a good home is waiting where it will be
appreciated.

This house was made by a local craftsman
and came to me as a plain MDF shell. It has taken over 8 years to
complete to this standard and is now offered for sale in order to make
room for my next project. The house is decorated broadly in a
'turn-of-the-century-1900' style and features many unique items handmade
by me.
The house was featured with a five-page
article in the April 2009 issue of Dolls House World
magazine.
Each brick on the outside of the house has
been hand-scored and meticulously hand-painted with artist acrylics; the
roof front is made from individually cut and painted card tiles.
The bay windows have real lead flashing, and the front door has a
working letterbox. Exterior measurements are approximately
27" wide x 18" deep x 28" high.
The interior features 6 rooms plus two
hallways: downstairs is the front parlour, entrance hall and kitchen; to
the first floor is the study, hallway and bedroom; and to the second
floor is a bathroom and former opium den. Theentrance hall floor
is made from tiny pieces of coloured card to resemble a traditional
tiled floor. The bedroom, study and parlour each have
hand-stitched rugs at approximately 650 stitches per square inch, and
each room (apart from the kitchen, which has blinds) has fully lined
silk curtains. The fireplaces, chimney breasts, kitchen range and
copper laundry boiler have all been hand made, as has much of the
furniture. There is a hand-stitched sampler in the bedroom which
measures 1" x 1.25", made to my own design, with 65 stitches
per linear inch. The patchwork bedspread is made from cotton
fabrics and hexagons measuring approximately 3/8". Each room
is fully lit with concealed wiring.
I will consider any reasonable offer of
around £1000. I estimate this house would have cost around £2000

built by Buckingham Miniatures whose policy was that no two houses can
ever be identical and no more than twelve models from any one design.
This one is modelled on The Golden Eagle public house near Chesham in
Bucks, it originated as The Swan Inn but is now in a home style. A
large double-depth house with rooms front and back fully interconnecting,
very realistic design.
From the original
literature “The timbered front porch leads into the beamed and
stone-flagged bar. With the original inglenook at one end and a
newer brick fireplace at the other this room runs the whole length of the
building. The characteristic cross-passage leads to the kitchen with
side porch, and the behind-bar area. Steep stairs go up to the three
bedrooms, an open landing and store, under the catslide roof. Above
is a spacious attic. A combination of removable and hinged panels
open up the front rooms on the ground and first floors. The hinged
catslide roof and two separate hinged panels give similar access to the
rear. A lifting front roof reveals the attic.”.
The house is hand crafted
from quality materials and fully lit with hidden wiring. There is
also a freestanding single room which can be removed to make space for a
garden. A reluctant sale but a project that I am no longer in a

For
sale Collectors item - Dolls house made by Anglesey (no longer made)
This
is an extended version of the Lancaster Gate model. Made in birch ply the
house measuring 125 cm tall, 92 cm wide and 72cm deep (including front
steps). There are 10 rooms –the largest measuring 35cm x 35cm and 25cm
tall.
The
house needs some TLC. The front doors of the house do close but seem to
need to be re-aligned a little. The house generally needs finishing off
– a bit of attention to detail - e.g. painting the external steps
and roof. One of the dormer windows is chipped a little etc.
However,
this is still a great buy – it has lot’s going for it!
The
Good:
The
kitchen and ‘cold store’ have slate tiles on the floor.
The
Hall and bathroom have marble tiles on the floor.
All
other rooms and landings have mahogany wooden floorboards.
All
rooms and landings have skirting boards.

and 80 centimetre square, at the base. It is a copy of a real
house (see picture below), being my house in France.

- A second floor composed of three bedrooms and a bathroom.

pictured dolls house was purchased some time ago with the intention of
decorating and furnishing it ourselves. However our circumstances
changed and the idea was shelved. The house has since been in our spare
bedroom taking up space. We have therefore decided to offer it for
sale to give someone else the opportunity to take up this very
worthwhile project.
The house is by Squirrel and measures Width 35”, Height 42”, Depth
27”
We have the railings, posts and steps to the front door which are not
shown on the

is a very genuine copy with every effort made to have the detail exact.It was made by a dedicated dolls’ house collector who made some
of the wonderful contents.Three
rooms wide, all parts of
the front façade open to show the rooms behind as well the middle part
of the roof lifting up to show the attic.Two rooms deep, the
back façade also opens.There are lights which work.
All
curtains and floor coverings are included but the other contents shown
in the photographs are not included although some are for sale.These contents are absolutely in period;some are old and of value;many
are almost unobtainable.The
rugs and dolls’ clothes are hand made and are exquisite.
This
would make a marvellous present for a young child and would last more
than one lifetime.
The
doll’s house has it’s own table which has very strong, special
castors on the legs to enable it to turn full circle on its own special
piece of wood.

40inch, depth 24inch. Consisting of Basement room with door to
outside, large living room with corner fireplace made of real brick
and door to outside steps on side of house. Adjoining smaller room

three storey, house is from Streets Ahead the ‘Exmouth’ range. The
basement I designed myself, and a friend built it for me.
Inside the basement are four shops, a
Butcher’s, a General Store, and a Bakers, next door to the main shops
is a Dress Shop, fully stocked with hand made dresses, hats, bags &
parasols, all made by my 75 year old mother, with the exception of three
hats which are shop bought and decorated myself, there are also some
shoes and boots in a cabinet. At the rear of the shops is a street
giving back access to both the dress shop and the butcher’s shop.
The main shop has a removable partition
to enable easy access to the Butcher’s shop, which is stocked with a
variety of meats.
The General Store is also stocked with

lovingly decorated and furnished in the Victorian era with the basics
and some extras, leaving the new owner plenty of opportunity to add lots
more items of their choice if they so wish.

tiny little house is hand made, it’s difficult to say what scale it
is, as1/6th
furniture is way too small and 1/2th seems to be a bit big, but having
said that I think it looks quite good.
I’ve
turned it into a Gardener Handyman’s Cottage, his workspace at the
bottom and living area above.
There
is a walled garden with a variety of vegetables to the right and to the
left is an outside toilet.
A
flight of stairs at the side, leads up to the 1 room above. Inside there
is a cooking range, a rocking chair, a hand made bed with hand made
bedding, a hand made table set ready for his breakfast and a cupboard
full of provisions. His bath hangs on the landing wall.
On
the courtyard stands a hand made water pump filled with solid water,
it’s very effective.
In
the shed there are an assortment of pots, trays & tools. With tins
& pots up on the self.
There
is a pile of real coal in the corner and real logs under the bench at
the back.
There
are no lights fitted in this cottage, as I didn’t see the need for
any, as the front of the cottage opens out to reveal all.

I purchased this it was a total wreck as it had been in someone’s

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity
to purchase this unique, crafted Doll's House.
The house is extremely heavy and is a two
man lift. It stands approx. 36” high, 44” wide and stands on a
base approx. 46” wide x 42” deep. The house itself is made of
ply-wood, all of the sash windows are made of mahogany and all of them
open (with the exception of the basement windows which are fixed).
Including the attic and basement, there
are 12 rooms.
There are a flight of steps at each side
of the house which have a decorative metal handrail, these leading from
the basement level to the front door. This is a separate piece to the
house which needs to be moved in order to open up the house in three
separate sections .
A double mahogany door leads to the
basement and there is a metal stove in one of the basement rooms.
A beautiful metal handrail adorns the
staircase to the landing where there is another curved metal handrail.
From the landing, French doors lead out onto a balcony with metal
handrails. A lovely stained glass window is placed at the top of the
landing.
The house is electrically wired (a
transformer required).
This is truly a most beautiful house and
would make a delightful present.

is one of two dolls houses I have made to an extremely high standard,
this one based on the popular Pete’s Cottage design (although I have
called it Kitty’s Cottage). This is usually aimed at younger children
and comes with the chunkier furniture (see below).

house is decorated both inside and out. All the have been sanded down to
leave the perfect finish for painting, all of which has been hand
finished. The wallpaper and carpets are of a high quality and come with
colour-matching curtains again hand made and fitted to lovely curtain
poles.
There
are five rooms to the house: one attic rooms decorated toddler’s room,
a main bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Each comes fully
furnished and with co-ordinated bedding where appropriate with a number
having lovely framed pictures on the wall.
The
furniture provided includes -
Chunky
wooden sets for each room - Toddlers room has bunk beds, bedside table,

A chance to acquire a beautiful 8 room Victorian
House by Squirrel. Decorated and lit.
Here
is a chance to buy a fully lit and decorated house of 1877 with many
items of furniture and 5 dolls, 4 dressed, so that you can immediately
enjoy the fun of collecting items for the house. At the same time the
basement remains to be personally modelled when you are ready. The price
is adjusted accordingly and I am not looking to recover all the money I
have spent so far; the flat pack house and basement cost £800 and I
have spent over £300 each on lighting and furniture not to mention
modelling and decorating materials. There is a large transformer
included with the house. I am selling as I no longer have the time or
the space for this beautiful home and do not want it to sit gathering
dust.
I bought this Ashbrooke house from Squirrel as a 50th
birthday treat and have had great fun researching and decorating it as a
house in 1877 and will supply the photos I took of real houses in York
and of interior detail. The house is dove grey with slightly roughened
walls and black external doors and window surrounds. All windows are
glazed and all the sashes to the 6 bays and 2 dormers work smoothly. I
have tiled the roof with very effective card tiles and have added
“leading”.
The
house is entered up a flight of stone steps which crosses over the
cobbled kitchen yard from the pavement, modelled in plaster and painted.
There is a “wrought iron” rail along the pavement and around the
first-floor balcony which is reached from the landing by French windows
and has 2 pots of yellow roses. A shiny black front door with brass
fittings including a working door knocker leads into the front hall with
a study to the right and a dining room to the left, both with dado rails
and glowing fires. I have put extra French windows in the dining room to
lead out into a conservatory – the kit is available. Going up the
carpeted stairs (hand-embroidered and fixed with brass stair rods) to a
carpeted landing there is a bedroom with William Morris paper 1868 and a
parlour with William Morris paper 1877 and a glowing fire. All rooms
have chimney breasts but the bedroom needs a fire: a kit and glowing
coals is included and a gorgeous brass and iron bedstead. The stairs to
the attic rooms (2) are naturally not carpeted as I planned them for
servants. There are stained oak floorboards throughout with skirting
boards, picture rails and coving and ceiling roses. The floorboards
slide out so that all wiring can easily be accessed. All internal doors
are stained oak and have brass handles and porcelain finger plates.
The
basement is simply whitewashed internally but comes with doors and
lighting to fix and is fully decorated externally. I will include paints
and extras to continue decorating and velour for the curtains with bras
curtain rails for the front and french windows. The bays are lovely and
deep and would furnish beautifully, they are fully floored and
decorated. The house is 110cms high, 87cms wide and 70cms deep, with
rooms 32cms wide and the halls 15cms wide.
I
would be happy for potential buyers to visit and view. The house would
be expensive to send by courier and needs collecting although I might be
able to deliver. I live in the Peak District near
Sheffield

1997 I won it and gave it to an aunt in Edinburgh who used to make
doll’s house furniture for our family.She was unable to do this any more butdecorated and furnished it.It eventually came back to me and was given pride of place in our
farmhouse sitting room.We
are now moving to a smaller house and have no space for it.
Some four years ago we
had a guest staying who manufactures components for dolls houses and he

A Beautiful,large, 1/12th scale
impressive Anglesey Dolls House Custom Built Victoria House and
Basement. Made out of finest quality 9mm birch plywood.
Also included is a stand with 2 doors and
internal space for storage made from MDF which is on wheels for ease of
movement.
The design of this Victoria House is very
unusual as the front door and porch is offset giving 3 bay windows and 4
dormers.
A lovely feature is the use of
patterned leaded windows (real metal).There are 2 shaped window panels
in the front door with a half fanlight above. In the rear of hall also
and first floor. These have been hand coloured by holyhead artist Julie
Roberts.
The gable ends,dormer roofs and front
porch have shaped barge boards and turned wooden finials.
The basement is a town house style with
metal railings forming a pavement to the front,there is also a small
opening inwards gate to steps leading to the tradesmens entrance which
is located in the front of the basement.
The measurements of the house are as
follows height 94.5 cm width 97.5 cm depth 38.7 cm
The basement measurements are height 25.8
cm width 117.7 cm depth 38.7 cm. The pavement section adds another 34 cm
in depth to the front of the basement
The internal measurements of the rooms in
the house are as follows large rooms width 49.5 cm depth 37 cm.
Small rooms width 28 cm depth 37cm. The 2 basement rooms are each a
width of 66.5 cm depth 37 cm.
A lot of extra's have been added to the
house and basement to make it unique. Windows in the side, a removal
garden which just lifts off if you prefer something else, this has patio
doors leading unto it.

This really is an amazing house both the
house and basement have the Anglesey Dolls house stamp. As you can see
from the photo's all the windows,frames,sills,doors,frames etc have not
been attached for ease of decorating.The internal panel doors are
held in place inside the house with tape and also the staircases
and return stairwells. I have also included some Anglesey catalogues

Believed to be Georgian style large dolls
house, This was my Dad's doll house but sadly he didnt get to finish
it,and we just dont have the inclination to carry it on, or to be
honest the time. It has individual brickwork on the actual house, the
roof opens up and it has 8 rooms, I'm really not a dolls house person
and dont know much else about it, I know it cost a lot when he
purchased it
It needs some TLC but is really lovely and
very big would make a great project and look fab when finished.

sale: Large 9 roomed (minimum) dollshouse with front and rear
openings (height 38" x width 35" x depth 23"
approx). The roof also opens to the side revealing more space.
The front of the house opens on two sides, has access to 4 rooms (2
upstairs and 2 down) and has an open hallway leading to the rear of the
house with 3 flights of stairs all of which have balustrades. One
of the downstairs rooms is a lounge/dining room which runs from the
front to the rear of the house and has a bay window at the front with a window
seat.
The rear of the house again opens on two sides to show 3 levels and
gives access to 6 rooms (one of which is the lounge/dining room).
The house has fully working lights with two transformers housed in a
space in the loft. Rooms also have chimney breasts with fireplaces
some of which light up.
Rooms are carpeted, have curtains at the windows and internal doors
which open.
There is no furniture included however all rooms except for the lounge/dining room
are decorated. I did start to prepare the lounge/dining room for
re-decoration but have never go around to completing the
task.
The conservatory shown on the photo is not part of the sale.
This is unfortunately a project that has never got off the ground due to

This 12th scale hand built house is based
on plans for 'The Stationmaster's house' at Lazenby in Cumbria.
Construction is 6mm birch ply and dimensions are:- height - 64cm to
ridge - 84cm to chimney top, width - 84cm, depth - 46cm. Chimney
detaches.
The four main rooms are decorated and 3
floors are veneered floor-board finish, the kitchen having tiled
effect flooring. All rooms and the porch are accessed by hand made,
veneered doors internally and are lit. The kitchen and living room
have flickering fires, the kitchen fire being set in a range. Behind
the main rooms is set a staircase which is illuminated and visible
through the doors.
The distinctive bargeboards and window
frames are hand made.
Asking price £550.

roof windows all with working sashes fitted with real glass. The first
floor double doors to the balcony are also fitted with real glass. Each
room has been fitted with chimney breasts except the top floor but all
rooms have been wired for working fire places and wall, ceiling hall
way and the exterior wall either side of the front door. The floors have
been grooved to take any wiring for ceiling lights if required. The
transformer comes with the house. The roof has been finished with
individual real slates and lead flashing. The interior has not been
touched this due to work commitments so who ever buys the house will
have a blank canvas. The house will also come with the paint we have
used the stair case is stained and varnished but not fitted 2 doors not
fitted lots of wall paper some furniture skirting board coving and lots
of bits and pieces we have spent about £800 and still have some
receipts we would like to recoup what we have spent. The price is £800
